PowerPanel® Business Edition software is included with the Smart App Series of CyberPower UPS products, including the Online, Sinewave, AVR, and Intelligent LCD series. Its advanced features and user-friendly interface complement our enterprise UPS units and allow administrators complete flexibility and management.  An overview of the software capabilities is listed below:

The screen shots below demonstrate the ease-of-use, functionality, and versatility of PowerPanel ® Business Edition software. The screen shots also provide a first-hand look at the various options and configurable settings.

PowerPanel® Business Edition utilizes a flexible and configurable HTTP interface that can be accessed via a local machine, or remote workstation. It is compatible with Windows XP 32/64, Windows Vista 32/64, Windows 7 32/64, Windows Server 2008 32/64 and all versions of Windows 2k+.

 

Status Window

The Status Window displays vital UPS statistics such as: UPS status, voltage, frequency, runtime, and current load level.

Configuration Window

The Configuration Window allows administrators to manually set AVR range, critical threshold, and UPS alarms.

Diagnostic Window

Both battery and runtime tests can be performed from the Diagnostics menu.

Information Window

The Information Window displays the UPS specifications including model #, serial #, VA, Watt, and even allows you to manually set the battery replacement date which triggers an automatic system notification.

Identification Window

The Identification menu is helpful for locating the UPS in multi-rack installation.  It also lets administrators set/change passwords.

Equipment Window

Administrators can track what equipment they have plugged into the UPS via the Equipment window.  This is not only helpful for identifying connected equipment, but also gives an immediate overview for determining system loads and constraints.

Actions - Events Window

Over 30 system events can be logged and set to notify the administrator (via Email, Windows Messenger, and XMPP) through the Events menu.  The UPS can even be set to shutdown in event of an overload or critical system failure.

Actions - Settings Window

This settings screens allows administrators to configure Shutdown, Email, Windows Messaging, and XMPP settings.

Event Logs Window

System events are logged and recorded which allows administrators to view historical notifications.

Status Records Window

UPS vitals can be tracked and logged through the Status Records menu.  This gives a historical account of UPS statistics, and can be configured on a daily, weekly, or monthly schedule.

Log Options Window

Logging options can be set through the Log Options menu.

Schedule Window

System shutdowns and restarts can be scheduled and managed by system administrators.

Authentication Window

Logins and passwords can be conveniently configured and reset via 128bit encryption.

Help/Content Window

On-board Help and documentation is easily navigated through the Help/Content menu.

Help/About Window

The About screen displays the software's version number along with contact information for CyberPower

Logout Window

The Logout Window confirms the user's login/logout status.
