Vista Power Options

Directions to use the Vista power options to control a Power Class USB UPS.

1. With the computer and the UPS off, connect the USB cable that was included with the unit to an available USB port on the computer.
2. Turn the UPS on and start the computer.
3. Once the computer has started open the control panel and then the power options.





4. Click on Change Plan Settings. 





5. Click on Change advanced power settings.
6. Choose Settings for Battery and adjust the settings.  The settings below are recommended but you can set them to match your requirements.
