Product Overview
The CyberPower Unplanned Service for 3-Phase UPS systems includes a visit from a CyberPower Systems representative to handle a request for repair, shut down and start up services to support facility maintenance, equipment inspection, and operation verification. Unplanned service quotes are a standard quote for the 48 US contiguous states. Please contact your sales representative to request a quote for service beyond the standard locations or if onsite time will exceed what is included in the standard offering.
Product Features
- Flexible Scheduling Standard unplanned service comes with 5x8 scheduling to meet customer schedule and business requirements. Scheduling outside normal business hours will be quoted seperately.
- Certified Representatives CyberPower Systems service personel have the training and skill to inspect, verify setup, power on, and verify a UPS is operating as designed.
- System Repair A technician will diagnose and make necessary repairs.
- System Shut Down/Start Up A technican will assist with shutting the UPS off and bring it back on to allow for facility maintenance or upgrades.
- Labor and Travel Expense Included The unplanned service visit includes 2 hours of labor and travel expenses to reduce budgeting surprises. Unplanned service visits that occur after hours or that require more than 2 hours will be quoted separately.
- Functional Verification Verification Includes checking the UPS event and alarm logs. Verifying input, output, and bypass voltage and current values are within factory specifications. Checks transfer to on-battery operation and transfer to and from static bypass. Check parallel operation performance if configured.
- Document Service Details of the service are recorded to support future operation and maintenance.
- Locations The 48 US contiguous states. For service outside these locations, please contact your sales representative to request a quote.
