Senior Web Developer & Web Manager

OVERVIEW
The Senior Developer & Web Manager is a multifaceted role that encompasses full-stack development, team leadership, and project supervision. This position oversees the delivery of digital marketing projects, including website development, online tool design and maintenance, and consistent data synchronization between technology platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead web development for the CyberPower US (CPU) websites and internal platforms.
  • Oversee development operations for digital marketing websites and technology platforms.
  • Design and maintain systems for data synchronization across CMS, PIM, DAM, CRM, ERP and other platforms.
  • Conduct code and security audits, ensuring best practices, and risk mitigation.
  • Provide 24/7 on-call support for web infrastructure to ensure uptime and security risks are minimized.
  • Maintain and monitor CPU digital technology platforms and provide reports on usage and system infrastructure health.
  • Manage cloud storage usage and optimize resources for efficiency.
  • Collaborate on web-based marketing initiatives and ensure their successful execution.
  • Supervise, review, and mentor team on development projects, web technology and data best practices.
  • Provide web technology and data documentation for use across CPU and its technology partners.
  • Collaborate effectively across teams, sharing insights and best practices.
  • Work diplomatically and effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Attendance is an essential function of this position.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • 5+ years in database and web development; 7+ years in software development.
  • Expertise in modern front-end website and software development technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of PHP or equivalent, JavaScript, SQL, and web server administration and configuration.
  • Proficient with cloud administration, .git, GitHub, and Docker.
  • Proficient with data synchronization between technology platforms including CMS, PIM, DAM, CRM and ERP systems.
  • Experience with analytics reporting software and platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • While performing these duties the person is regularly required to walk, stand, bend, climb stairs, kneel, or crouch and successfully demonstrate the ability to write or use a computer or other electronic devices and operate a variety of hand and power tools.
  • Employees in this position may need to regularly lift at least 25 lbs. and up to 80 pounds occasionally and may need to exert themselves while performing the above-mentioned duties.
  • Perform a variety of physical labor including climbing ladders, bending, kneeling, reaching and standing for long periods of time. Also includes being able to lift boxes, tools, equipment and materials.
  • Ability to drive a car and travel to worksites. Employee will be reimbursed mileage according to corporate reimbursement schedule if using a personal vehicle.
