What will CyberPower do to correct any problems with the product? | Warranties
We will inspect and examine the CyberPower product. If it is defective in material or workmanship, we will repair or replace it our expense. Or Cyber Power will refund the full purchase price you paid for the product. A purchase receipt showing the price you paid is required.
How do I make a warranty claim? | Warranties
Within ten days of the occurrence for which you want to make a claim for Cyber Power to consider, contact us and comply with the instructions you receive from the Cyber Power representative.
Is there any authentication required between computers with PPBE or PPB and RMCARDs? | Software
Yes, the Secret Phrase of all computers running PPBE and RMCARDs needs to be the same for communication to be established. This is set up under Security>Authentication.
Does PPBE or PPB need to have any specific ports allowed by firewalls for it to work? | Software
Yes, the following network service ports should not be blocked by firewalls where PPBE is installed:
Why can’t PPBE find CyberPower devices or other PPBE computers on my network? | Software
PPBE can only find devices within the same subnet. If your computer is on a different subnet than that of the UPS you want to connect to, then you have to change the IP address of your computer to be on the same subnet as the UPS or vice versa.
