Where can I obtain drivers for my CyberPower USB hub? | USB Hubs
CyberPower USB hubs use a generic Microsoft USB driver. If the hub does not install automatically as soon as the device is plugged into the PC, please visit www.windowsupdate.com and verify whether you have all the available updates for your operating system. NOTE: USB 2.0 hubs will only work with Windows 98SE and newer versions of Windows.
Are the USB hubs compatible with Windows XP and Vista? | USB Hubs
Yes. All CyberPower USB hubs are compatible with both XP and Vista.
When I connect the hub, I get this message: “The Generic USB Hub is a HI-SPEED USB device and will function at reduced speed when plugged into a non-HI-SPEED port.” What does message this mean? | USB Hubs
The message indicates the USB port in your computer is a low speed USB 1.1 port. This will limit the USB speed to USB 1.1. If you need high speed capability, you can purchase a high speed USB card for your desktop or laptop computer at a local computer store.
How do I know when the hub is powered by the battery (Model CPH420MP only)? | USB Hubs
The red battery power LED will be lit. If this LED not lit, then slide the switch to the battery position.
